This is a picture of the Palo Verde in bloom at our front gate. The siver metal donkey was donated to our park by a very special couple. DeAnn, remember how you thought it would be a good addition to your back yard. Sorry!!!
Our very special friends, Russ and Billie Miner from Illinois have these beautiful yellow roses in front of their trailer and they're not even here to see them. They went home the beginning of March and we miss them. Aren't they beautiful?
The blooms on the saugaro I mentioned earlier:Can you see the blooms on the cactus "nubs"? This is my very favorite cactus.
It has been raining on and off here all day. When we were in church this evening, the lights went off. We had finished singing and Pastor uses an i-pod for notes so he was still able to do a devotion. How we have enjoyed our church down here - what a blessing from our Lord!
On our way home, the sun shone on our mountains for a few minutes and the colors were amazing. I had to take the picture through the windshield so it doesn't nearly do it justice.
NO, we have not set a firm date for starting for South Dakota - yet. POSSIBLY this next weekend - have to see how the week goes. Temps are supposed to be in the 70's which is almost perfect as far as I'm concerned.
Have a great week ahead.
Love to all,
Gramma and MOM
