It was this young lady's birthday on Wednesday, January 9th and I'm just now getting around to doing a blog on her. I did get her card mailed on time and I hope she received it on time. Now, what do I say about her? I remember clearly the day she was born - it was about 2:00 in the afternoon and we were thrilled!! I do remember the doctor telling your dad that he could "stand by the door" of the delivery room and watch through the window, if he wished. Well, dear Dad with his weak tummy made a bee-line toward the other door. She weighed 8 lbs 10 ozs and was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Back then, dad wasn't even allowed in my room if the baby was there so you spent most of your time in the nursery, except at feeding time. You were born on a Saturday night and of course, your Grandpa and Grandma and aunts and uncles were there to see you the first night.
You are many things to many people, DeAnn. You are a sister who shares a love of chocolate peanutbutter ice cream, just for starters.
You are an awesome wife and mother, which I'm sure John and the kids would agree with. It is so fun to watch you interact with Holly, Sam and Katie!!
Chase adores you!!! I'm trying to remember the words he described you with in your 40th birthday book. I remember they were priceless.
You are a good listener!!!
You are a chocolate lover
I have a lot more to say and I had a lot more pictures but Blogger is not working the way it's supposed to so this will have to be it. Sorry!!
Happy 42nd birthday!!!!! Dad and I wish you many, many more in good health, with much happiness, joy and peace.
Love to you
MOM
